Our humanity is facing multiple existential crises. The general response of society at large and governments in particular is to either ignore the signals or double down on the very behaviours and concepts that have brought us to this time in history.
At the heart of Meta Conscious Leaders is the idea that only by raising our level of cognition and understanding, or consciousness, will we individually or collectively, be able to respond wisely to our challenges and minimise the suffering that is already being experienced by these existential crises.
As “business” is both the organising principle and the activity that is dominant around the globe business leaders are especially well positioned to have a major impact in shaping our collective future. MCL seeks to illuminate leadership with the profound insights of exceptional individuals who are pioneers in human potential and the fundamental nature of existence and thereby move the dial of “business consciousness”.
