The Leader’s Journey
A vital aspect of leadership is considering the unknown, asking big questions and embodying a vision as inspiration for others. The manifold challenges facing humanity today place a premium on a leader’s personal journey.
Meta-Conscious Leaders is a journeying partner for leaders awakening to new ideas, cutting edge knowledge, profound insights on the nature of reality and how all these coalesce to inform and inspire new leadership. Business as a power for good is an essential element in humanity’s ability to meet the challenges of this emergent epoch.
Humanity’s meta-crisis
The existential crises facing humanity in this era are scientifically documented and cover all major components of existence from fresh water, soil and climate to pollution, chronic health conditions, depleting biodiversity and acidifying oceans.
Some believe that science alone will come to the rescue but there is no evidence of any solutions yet making the substantial impact needed to be considered meaningful white knights.
Is all lost then?
No. Not at all!
Awakening to a new paradigm
“You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it” A Einstein
At the heart of Meta-Conscious Leaders is the knowledge that only by raising our level of cognition and understanding, our consciousness, to a new level, will we either individually or collectively, be able to respond wisely to these challenges and overcome the consequential suffering that is already being experienced by many on Earth.
“Reality” on the Rocks
On Meta-Conscious Leaders experts and great thinkers from disciples as diverse as mathematics, quantum science, neuroscience, philosophy & metaphysics, sport, human development and spirituality, blend their insights and wisdom with corporate leadership. The outcome is a replacement of the limiting materialist world view with one of consciousness – a profoundly different understanding of reality that is compelling and inspiring.”
